It is not about undertaking electrical jobs in the house when you do not have any knowledge. It is about carrying out <strong>simple tasks<\/strong> that anyone can do, such as changing lights or a lamp.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We are talking about <strong>changing broken glass in windows and doors, replacing old roof tiles, fixing the cracks or unevenness in <\/strong><strong>the paved entrance<\/strong><strong>, changing old taps, or fixing a damaged banister<\/strong>. However, it is a versatile investment as it offers endless possibilities when it comes to making your home more comfortable and adapted to your needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A suitable <strong>property<\/strong> is a guarantee of <strong>stability and comfort<\/strong>. Additionally, it allows the exploitation of all the resources available through decoration and organization of the household to the owner&#8217;s taste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Safety<\/strong> is yet another relevant factor to be taken into consideration, as well as the possibility of a <strong>revaluation of the property<\/strong> if you wish to sell it in the future.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Recently some arguments to be taken into consideration when making a decision have been the increase in rent prices and the reduction of interest rates on mortgages<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Against the stability of buying, <strong>renting<\/strong> a property is characterized by its attractive <strong>flexibility<\/strong>. If you live Barcelona Metropolitan Area, you will also have to pay the AMB Tax.<\/li><li><strong>Rubbish collection Tax<\/strong>. The yearly local tax charges you for the collection, treatment, and elimination of all residues.<\/li><li><strong>Sewer Tax. <\/strong>This local tax levies the maintenance of the sewer network.&nbsp;<\/li><li><strong>Home insurance<\/strong>. Another common commodity is the <strong>Video on Demand Platforms<\/strong> such as Netflix or HBO to watch your favorite series or <strong>cable television<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Additional expenses that you always have to take into account <strong>are clothes and personal belongings shopping or leisure, hobbies, and traveling expenses<\/strong>. In some cases, you could also have to pay <strong>private medical insurance<\/strong>, the monthly <strong>gym fee, a transport pass or fuel, car insurance, and road tax for your vehicle<\/strong>. Add all these small expenses and add a small line item in your budget for unexpected expenses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You should ideally be able to control all these expenses or, at least, know where money is going. <strong>To reduce the expenses in your house<\/strong> it is advisable <strong>to control your eating habits<\/strong> (avoid eating out, shopping when you are hungry or going to the supermarket without a shopping list), restrict the use of transport or your vehicle fuel, limit supplies: electricity, water, gas, internet, cable, etc. (use responsibly) and do intelligent shopping (buy only what you need).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But, could you imagine a house when the energy consumption is zero or almost non-existent?
