Frequently Asked Questions for Dia-Compe MX-1000/Tech-4 Complete Brake Set Red Tyres • Right hand only - KS
What should I do if I may have placed the same order twice?
Review the corrected order quantity so an adjustment does not remove what you actually need. Resolve the duplication from documented order records and confirmed seller actions.
How can I confirm an agreement discussed by phone or in person?
Confirm any later changes in the same documented manner. Use the acknowledged details as the practical reference for next steps.
How can I describe the timing of an order issue accurately?
State whether the issue appeared before or after a particular action. Note any uncertainty rather than presenting a guess as confirmed fact.
