Among other functions, we take charge of finalising and controlling the budget; planning the works; and hiring all parties involved (contractors, outside experts, the technical control office, insurance companies, etc., presenting the corresponding comparisons and allocating work by common agreement); administrative procedures like licences and permissions; contracting water, electricity, gas, telephone supplies etc.; registering for property tax; preparing deeds registering new build, etc.; and finally, reception of the works once they are completed.
