Comprehensive rehabilitation of a 90m2 apartment that suffered a fire due to the poor condition of the electrical installation. Thanks to the technical report conducted within hours of the incident, which assessed the damage and the future rehabilitation of the property, the client was able to present to the insurance company the full reconstruction cost of the home. After completing the corresponding rehabilitation project, we carried out the construction work within 2 months.
